Gilad Hekselman & Yonathan Avishai

Gilad Hekselman, a modern jazz guitar UFO, honours us with his rare presence in France. For the occasion, he has called on his long-time accomplice, Yonathan Avishai, pianist on the prestigious ECM label and fellow traveller with Avishai Cohen and Omer Avital.

Both Israelis, masters of melody, musical storytelling and an original groove, they are among those who count for their generation and the international jazz world. Unexpected standards and a selection of original works will be performed, celebrating their long-standing friendship and perfect musical chemistry.
