This quartet was born from the encounter between Denis Uhalde, pianist and accomplished jazzman, and Léo Jeannet, trumpet player and leader of his own bands. It offers us a real journey nourished by rich influences where the apparent melodic evidence contains a subtle and deep harmony, a rhythmic intensity that takes us immediately to the heart of a very personal world, through the original compositions of the leader. A musical journey that leaves deep traces, striking evocations, opens us to new territories. A formation which gives unceasingly the desire to continue the road, to know a little more... The group is currently preparing its next album, "Song for my brother", to discover without delay.
