As part of the JAZZ SUR SEINE 2021 Festival
A 4-star line-up to pay tribute to a major figure of Hard bop and soul-jazz. The American pianist Horace Silver left a lasting mark on this movement to be its main architect. Founder alongside Art Blakey of the Jazz Messengers, Horace Silver also collaborated with Stan Getz or Miles Davis, while leaving an impressive discography with his own quintet. Young prolific pianist, inspired performer, winner of the 2016 Django Reinhardt Prize from the Académie du Jazz and artist nominated for the Victoires du Jazz in 2018, Fred Nardin continues to multiply projects. Co-creator of the great formation "The Amazing Keystone Big Band", he is also at the head of a trio highly acclaimed by the critics and is one of the most sought-after sidemen of the current Parisian scene (Sophie Alour, Stefano Di Battista, Jon Boutellier, Gael Horellou, Jacques Schwarz-Bart or Cécile McLorin Salvant).
Jérémy Bruyère, classical and jazz bassist, mixes the art of beautiful melodies with the complex rhythms of modern jazz. After having been the double bass player that everyone in the jazz world was snapping up, Rémi Vignolo decided to stop playing the bass to devote himself to the drums! This versatile musician mixes a Rock with Pop accents with Latin influences and some funky grooves of the seventies ... A Jazzmen to the tips of his nails.
Generosity, experience, energy, & talent guarantee the incomparable atmosphere of the Monday Night Jams. Musicians in search of emotions, don't hesitate, The Baiser Salé jam will be "The Place To be .." !!
