Tony Williams, precocious genius and virtuoso of the drums, combined technique, creativity and inspiration with genius and played alongside Miles Davis from the age of 17, but also Herbie Hancock, Stanley Clarke and Chick Coréa to name but a few... A pillar of jazz-fusion, notably with his "Life-Time" period, and emblematic of hard-bop, Tony Williams never ceases to influence drummers.
Nicolas Viccaro brings back the best of his electric "Life Time" period. François Constantin also invites Noé Berne, a young bassist who is a fixture on the Parisian scene, and Michael Lecoq, pianist with the jazz-pop group Dam'n'co and sideman with André Ceccarelli and Mokhtar Samba.
