Aurore Voilqué surrounded herself with a bunch of talented musicians to pay tribute to the great Django Reinhardt. The repertoire alternates between the compositions of the illustrious Manouche (“Black and White”, “Mabel”…) and standards (“Autumn Dream”, “Blue Drag”…), to which this exceptional violinist gives a very personal flavor. .
A homage full of freshness, which respects the spirit of a tradition while giving it an unusual reading.

Among these musicians, Rhoda Scott, “the Barefoot Lady”, & her famous Hammond organ. A great opportunity to discover the talents of the one who has played with the biggest names in Jazz (Ray Charles, George Benson, Count Basie,…) to the music of the most famous guitarist.

Rhoda Scott (Hammond organ), Aurore Voilqué (violin, vocals), Jean-Baptiste Gaudray (guitar) & Julie Saury (drums)20
