Robin Mckelle

A savvy songwriter and powerful singer, Robin McKelle has long found a space where soul, jazz, pop, gospel, blues and the famous American Songbook intersect. In her live performances, she exudes the soul of a Rat Pack era bandleader. While comparisons to Ella Fitzgerald are common because of her warm alto voice, her primary influences were Aretha Franklin, Tina Turner and Janis Joplin.
