Behind the drums, Jean-Baptiste Loutte sings his compositions in a quintet where the sounds of the vibraphone and the piano are mixed, accompanied by the colors of the guitar and supported by a melodic and free double bass.

He is interested in traditional jazz as well as modern New York jazz, soul, flamenco, pop, and classical music. His more recent compositions are intended for the instrumental formations in which he plays, such as Crafting Quintet. The idea of Gemini came from the need to sing his compositions: accompanying himself at first on guitar, he then arranged the music for the quintet presented today.

An inner and spiritual journey takes shape through the songs: "Energy", "My New Life", "3am" are all poetic moments that we remember, describing moments of life, images, moods.

To accompany him in this journey he chooses talented musicians: his acolytes of "Children of the night" Julian Leprince Caetano on piano and Mathieu Scala on double bass; Romain Habert on guitar (Crafting Quintet) and Louis Guignier on Vibraphone.

Created in 2012, the #JazzFromTomorrow program has given birth to a series of monthly and bimonthly residencies, allowing young artists to experiment on stage, to develop a repertoire, while presenting it to the public. A promising and promising niche where creativity and emulsion have no limits. #BeCurious!
