From the Broadway of the 1930s to the great Hollywood films of the 1950s, Cole Porter is one of the first great songwriters of musicals!

Originally from the Bordeaux region, Simon graduated from the Pôle Supérieur de Paris in 2015. Sideman and leader he loves above all, the stage. In 2017 he released a first album "Flying Wolf" with a good presence in the press. In March 2021, he will release a trio album "Light Blue" devoted to a repertoire of songs that has been unanimously acclaimed by the profession.

If jazz is a way of living music in the moment, Simon Chivallon is totally the embodiment of it, and each solo demonstrates this by its spontaneity and frankness. There is no room for pretence: what is played is what comes, a sensitivity that expresses itself, a talent that breathes and seeks to touch the listener.

At the Baiser Salé, we take advantage of the summer to spend unique musical evenings at the Festival Estival de Jam.

From 22 July to 11 September, 50 concerts, 200 musicians and dozens of cameramen are taking advantage of the summer to spend open and festive musical evenings with you at #FestivalEstivalDeJam #16.
You'll be amazed by a young American drummer of 15 years old, by artists in full rise, or by musicians who are already a reference! You don't have to be a musician to enjoy the energy of these open stages.
It is at these moments that ephemeral musical emotions and unpredictable encounters overwhelm us and take us by surprise! After an hour of concerts that set the tone, it's time for the JAM!
