Jam Session With Simon Chivallon

New talent of the hexagonal jazz, sideman and leader, Simon Chivallon likes above all, the stage ! Light Blue, his latest album, goes with equal happiness from Monk to the Beatles, from Gabriel Fauré to Georges Brassens. The pianist assumes his love of melody and unveils a series of personal compositions that do not lack character. Thelonious Monk's artistic legacy remains one of the most original and fascinating that jazz has left.
