Inspired by great jazz figures such as Billie Holiday, Gretchen Parlato or Esperanza Spalding, Lucie Guillem sings and interprets music. It offers you a journey to multiple stopovers where different musical aesthetics are mixed. The desire to specialize in this musical style led her to undertake a training in jazz singing at the Nadia and Lilly Boulanger Conservatory and then to pursue it currently at the CMDL (Centre des Musiques Didier Lockwood). For the past four years, Lucie has been performing in restaurants and jazz clubs in France but also in Portugal, Chile and Costa Rica. Coming from a theatrical curriculum, Lucie puts interpretation in the foreground and invites you to discover her universe. For Jazz District Festival, Lucie Guillem offers you a 100% Latin-jazz repertoire, at the heart of Brazilian music!
