Roman Reidid – Paper Chase

Hybrid and out of the box, Paper Chase is the very first project of trumpet player Roman Reidid. An active musician on the Parisian scene, he has played alongside Joel Hierrezuelo, Pierre Bertrand (Caja Negra Big Band) and Itiberê Zwarg (legendary bassist for Brazilian multi-instrumentalist Hermeto Pascoal).

Listening to Paper Chase is like diving into the graphic world of Wes Anderson's films, smelling the perfumes emanating from a stationery shop and immersing yourself in a universe where musical influences are multiple but where the master remains the melody above all.
