Ludovic Ernault Quartet

Intense and lyrical in his playing, endowed with an original sound on the viola, he also seduces by the character of his compositions, of a lively and inventive writing.
After "Next Fall", a first album released in 2013, he formed his quartet that brings together very talented Parisian musicians around a new repertoire of original compositions. Two albums ("Dreamland" 2019 and "LIVE" 2021) were released on the mythical label Fresh Sound New Talent, renowned for its pioneering qualities. On this same label, we can find the first records of Brad Mehldau, Robert Glasper or Ambrose Akinmusire... (the record "LIVE" gets the distinction of 4 stars by the magazine Jazz Mag.)
