Antoine Galvani Sextet

After his already very rocking album "Suite Astrale", Antoine Galvani comes back with a new project where he pushes the cursor of progressism very far. A kind of Mr Bungle on acid who would have had tea with Brad Mehldau.

The result is called "l'ère de la musique libre", a conceptual piece of writing based on a very simple question: does free music exist? Can one free oneself from all codes and write in a truly free manner, without fixed metrics, without an agreed harmonic path, without worrying about where the melody is going? Is it possible to give free rein to the imagination of even the most talented musicians? The answer is on stage.

Antoine Galvani quickly turned his attention to the question of composition in his career as a musician. In the 2000s, he invented a character Ahn Tuan NGalvani and released several projects under this alias: EPs, featurings albums... his career is prolific! Musically he describes himself as a crazy explorer. To be discovered!
