Olivier Roch Quintet

This quintet is the new project of clarinettist and composer Olivier Roch, also frontman of the group "Nocuts". With influences ranging from John Coltrane to Tigran Hamasyan via Avishaï Cohen, Aka Moon or Anton Dvořák, this new formation offers a subtle combination of lyricism and rhythmic richness. The format of the quintet with two blowers makes it possible to best translate the contrasts and the energy of this music served by excellent Parisian jazz (wo)men, members of the collective Pousse Pousse Production.
