A journey through Cuban music, Latin jazz and timba! A dancing and singing repertoire that conquers the audience every time! Cuban bass player who studied with Benny Moré, he mixes Afro-Cuban and Caribbean rhythms in a very jazzy way.
Felix Toca offers a new cocktail of Caribbean rhythms, mainly Afro-Cuban fused with jazz and Latin music. It is a new vision of Latin Jazz nourished by Afro-Cuban roots and contemporary jazz.
Originally from Havana, Felix Toca is an accomplished musician with an impressive background. His professionalism and talent have earned him a reputation both in Paris and in Europe. Arrived in France in 1999, he records with Delgondo, Ricardo Torres, Jose Luis Estrada, Laurent Hounsavi... and creates his project Ciguaraya Trio.
