Spottiswoode

Spottiswoode is a British-American singer-songwriter. Leader of the septet Spottiswoode & His Enemies, he will perform on April 6th at the Sunset-Sunside. Described by the New Yorker as a "genius" and "leader of the New York downtown scene", Spottiswoode has developed a varied musical universe. For his distinctive voice and sumptuous lyrics, he is often compared to Leonard Cohen, Nick Cave, Tom Waits or Jim Morrison.
