The October/November 2022 issue of Bassiste Magazine (n°100) features the 100 greatest bassists of all time... with Hadrien Féraud on the cover, of course!

A bass virtuoso and regular at the Baiser Salé, he has now toured the world and collaborated with John McLaughlin, Chick Corea, Billy Cobham, Gino Vannelli, Jean-Luc Ponty, Biréli Lagrène, André Ceccarelli and Sylvain Luc, to name but a few... Sailing between Los Angeles and Paris, Hadrien is overflowing with projects, desires, and initiatives and here, it is always on the stage of the Baiser Salé that he stops to experiment, create and that the magic of musical encounters operates each time.
For these original concerts, where the compositions of each musician will be honored, Hadrien Féraud invites 3 musicians who are essential to the jazz scene!

Benjamin Petit, a self-taught saxophonist who has collaborated with the greatest jazz, pop and variety stars such as Michel Jonasz, Lionel Richie, or André Manoukian... Sought-after sideman, he is also a leader. His latest album "Dear John" has been acclaimed by the critics. He covers the great tunes of John Williams' film music that rocked him.
Daniel Gassin, French-American-Australian pianist and composer, finalist in the solo jazz piano competition at the iconic Montreux Jazz Festival in 2007, one of three finalists for the Australian National Jazz Award in 2013, and nominated for the prestigious Freedman Fellowship in 2016, completes this 4-star cast. Since 2013, he has been based in Paris and has been noticed in jam sessions by Felipe Cabrera, Benjamin Henocq and Manuel Marchès. We then quickly found on the stages of the mythical clubs of the rue des Lombards alongside musicians such as Tricia Evy, Christophe Dal Sasso, Thierry Fanfant and many others... His album with his Crossover Band brings together around him exceptional musicians, crossed by different currents of jazz.
Raphaël Pannier was first a student at the Berklee College of Music in Boston, then at the Manhattan School of Music in New York. Raphaël Pannier is a drumming prodigy, elected "Revelation" in 2020 and "Top 5 drummers 2021" by Jazz Magazine.
With finesse and musicality, he plays with textures and colors. A deep and captivating game.

Hadrien Féraud promises us two irresistible and exhilarating evenings not to be missed!
