Originally from Gaudeloupe, Nicolas subtly mixes traditional Jazz influences with modern elements and the cultural richness of the captivating rhythms of Gwoka, which permeates his compositions and adds a unique touch to his artistic expression.

Nicolas Attie is a jazz guitarist from Guadeloupe. It was at the age of 20 that he immersed himself in the captivating world of jazz. He quickly developed a strong interest in harmony, which led him to learn from great masters such as Pierre-Alain Goualch, Sylvain Courtney and Eric Hurpeau as well as the art of composition under the tutelage of Rémi Chaudagne. These mentors allowed him to perfect his skills and thus enrich his sensitivity and personal vision of music.
Over the years, he has had the privilege of sharing the stage with talented artists such as Ben l'Oncle Soul, Stevy Mahy, Domi, Xavier Richardeau and Yves Torshinsky. These exceptional collaborations have enriched his musical experience and allowed him to explore new artistic horizons.
