Icon, idol, role model... An emblematic figure of twentieth-century jazz, Nat King Cole was a committed musician, considered one of the greatest singers of both jazz and Latin American music.
"He was tall, very handsome, very black, with a unique voice that was as beautiful as ever. When he sang, he wasn't really a singer, he sang the way he liked to sing, it wasn't as rough as some jazzmen, but it swung just as much", Claude Carrière.
Caloé sings, improvises and juggles with words. A fervent admirer of Sarah Vaughan, she studies scat with precision and technique to master it in her own way.

It's going to swing tonight on the Baiser Salé stage!

From July 27 to September 11, the #FestivalEstivalDeJam #17 welcomes 200 musicians to spend a memorable summer with you at the Baiser Salé!

With 45 concerts and the participation of numerous jammers, experience the unforgettable jam session whether you're into fusion, free jazz, funk or even pop... there's something for everyone!

More than just a concert, a jam session is an opportunity to discover outstanding musicians and see them have a blast improvising together in complete freedom. But you don't need to play an instrument to take part in this very special moment, and enjoy the very special energy of these open stages. The public, beginners, amateurs, professionals, young and old... Everyone is welcome to come and measure themselves against the best and tackle these musical jousts that leave no one indifferent!

Every evening, a one-hour concert sets the scene for the evening, before the JAM takes us through the night, mixing yesterday's classics with today's trends.
