French-English guitarist Hugo Lippi swings between Bop and Manouche. A road companion of Eric Legnini, Christian Escoudé and Alain Jean-Marie, he has also played alongside Melody Gardot and Christian McBride. In 2020, he was named Artist of the Year by the Académie du Jazz for his album "Confort Zone", produced in New York with Fred Nardin.
