Every Tuesday from 8 p.m. to 11 p.m., Chez Georges welcomes the Alex Swing Events collective, which offers a varied and quality program, following a repertoire of swing / gypsy jazz, the music of Django Reinhardt and Stéphane Grappelli, and many others!

Chez Georges is a very pleasant wine bar on rue des canettes, with a magnificent vaulted cellar in the basement, transformed on Tuesday into a gypsy jazz club!

Among the many groups found on the world music and gypsy jazz scenes, Opus4 stands out particularly, mixing swing, gypsy music, rock, humor and derision.
Opus4 revives the treasures of Russian, Romanian and Gypsy folklore, with a few borrowings from traditional jazz, building a clever musical bridge between the two shores of the Atlantic.
The vocal arrangements make Opus4 an absolutely essential group. Likewise, with several thousand pieces in their repertoire, their experience and professionalism means that you are never safe from a surprise... always of quality.
The quartet will wander around the tables and liven up the evening cabaret style. You can try to trick them by ordering songs you want to hear!
