Benjamin Asnar Presents "K"

Accompanied by Lucas Belkhiri on piano and Francesco Marzetti on drums, Benjamin Asnar introduced us to his Mediterranean and Latin-tinged compositions in February. Now he's back to present his debut album, "K"!

Bassist and composer Benjamin Asnar draws the basis of his aesthetic from the many cultures of the world around him, blending them naturally with his traditional jazz influences. A recipe for eclectic, energetic music!

He is joined by Lucas Belkhiri, a classically trained pianist who brings new ideas and textures to jazz, and Francesco Marzetti, a drummer with a sultry groove and a deep knowledge of Mediterranean music, from gnawa to flamenco, and jazz.
