A drummer, singer, guitarist and songwriter, Jean-Baptiste Loutte loves to color with his lines. Passionate about composing and arranging, he began writing short pieces as a child. His interests range from traditional jazz to contemporary New York jazz, soul, flamenco, pop and classical music. Sharing their second year of residency with brothers-in-arms Julian-Leprince Caetano and Mathieu Scala, this is an opportunity for the trio to experiment with their connection to the most talented musicians and composers.
The trio is always delighted to welcome back Irving Acao, having already invited him on several occasions during the last residency. This is an opportunity for the four musicians to explore their compositions, rich in their respective influences, united in their desire to share, experiment and take risks. The music travels and passes from hand to hand, each member of the group inspiring the others, both musically and humanly.
Used to playing together since childhood, and in their current projects Gemini and Julian Leprince Caetano's quartet, Jean-Baptiste and Julian form a regular, solid trio with Mathieu Scala. So it's a festive occasion to welcome back the brilliant Irving Acao, for an evening full of energy and surprises!
Created in 2012, the #JazzDeDemain niche has given rise to a series of monthly and bimonthly residencies, enabling young artists to experiment on stage, honing a repertoire, while presenting it to the public. A promising niche where creativity and emulsion know no bounds. #BeCurious!
