Kévin Lazakis Presents The Organ Trio

Sideman of artists from all walks of life and co-creator of various projects, Kévin Lazakis joins the #JazzDeDemain residency to share his musical projects.

HFor his first concert, Kévin presents The Organ Trio, an atypical formation not often seen in the jazz world: organ/guitar/drums. His inspiration comes from groups such as the Wes Montgomery Trio, the Goldings/Bernstein/Stewart Organ Trio and the Delvon Lamarr Organ Trio. It's a demanding trio, where every instrumentalist is in the spotlight - there are no supporting players, everyone is important! The trio requires complementary playing at all times, and a constant dialogue between the musicians. The Organ Trio oscillates between jazz of yesterday and today, with a touch of groove to bring it all together!

Created in 2012, the #JazzDeDemain niche gave birth to a series of monthly and bimonthly residencies, allowing young artists to experience the stage, to prowl a repertoire, while presenting it to the public. A promising and buoyant niche where creativity and emulsion have no limit. #BeCurious!
