Men In Bop

Every Sunday and Monday, la Rhumerie brings you together for a jazz evening that revives the tradition of St Germain des prés during the fifties, and offers a selection of rums and West Indian cuisine (surcharge + € 1 per order on concert days).

2003. 20 years ago, live music returned to La Rhumerie with the Men in Bop quartet.
For more than 12 years, Babik Rannou (organ), Bruno Segovia (guitar), Patrick Chenais then Yves Nahon (drums) made the audience of the Rhumerie swing every Sunday evening, fervently celebrating Wes Montgomery, Johnny Griffin and Joey de Francesco .
Then the paths parted...
To cross paths again!
The hair is white under the harness of course, but the swing is still as agile, here they are again reforming 20 years later (like the three musketeers who were four) this historic quartet!
