A singer with vibrant improvisations and a natural audacity, Lauriane Ludosky demonstrates her assertive style through her gentle combination of Caribbean roots and jazz.

Her musical influences range from Dianne Reeves, Betty Carter and Sarah Vaughan to Esperanza Spalding, Theo Croker, Wayne Shorter, Kenny Garrett and Avishai Cohen. But it was her deep attachment to innovative Caribbean artists such as Tanya Saint-Val, Edith Lefel, Jean Michel Rotin, Mario Canonge, Grégory Privat, Kali and Eugène Mona that forged her artistic identity. Jazz, the call of which she received in a dream, became her ultimate passion, filling the inner void she had felt since leaving Martinique.
