Tùca

Tùca. A meeting of five musicians in the heart of the Landes region, giving birth to an unusual formation: a trumpet, two guitars, a double bass and drums. Their music is influenced by rock and jazz, and is at once soaring, dreamlike, violent and powerful, with each track telling its own story.
Tùca. The dune, an arid, desert landscape, dry and stormy, sometimes sad and desolate, but also the reflection of summer breezes and the salt water that refreshes long strolls along the beaches of the Landes. A beautiful metaphor for the quintet's music, dark at times but never far from a beautiful poetic lightening.
Tùca recorded their debut album in June 2023 at midilive studio, with release scheduled for early 2024.
