Clélya Abraham

Just a few days before Christmas, VLA welcomes the light: pianist, singer and composer Clélya Abraham, accompanied by her quartet, Antonin Fresson on electric guitar, Samuel F'hima on double bass and Tilo Bertholo on drums, offers us an evening of mixed jazz. In total connivance with her musicians, she performs her latest album, La Source. 

At the piano, Clélya Abraham plays original compositions with diverse influences, at the crossroads of modern jazz, classical and Afro-Caribbean music. Her music,  inventive and rigorous, virtuoso and sincere, is harmonically and melodically rich, driven by the rhythmic force of her compositions.
