Thursday December 28: Yo Hes Quartet

After studying at the Conservatories of Mâcon and Lyon, saxophonist Yonatan Hes flew to the Berklee School of Music in Boston, USA. After a stint at the Flemish Conservatory in Brussels, he now studies at the Conservatoire National de Paris. It is between all these places that he forges a musical opening born from meetings with musicians like Jacques Baguet, François Gallix, Tia Fuller, Edmar Colòn, Jeroen Van Herzeele... He develops a very dense and polychrome game on stage , with influences ranging from Cannonball Adderley to Steve Coleman.
