Everblue 5Tet

Young emerging musicians from the Parisian jazz scene, violinist Alba Obert and pianist Nina Gat have create the Everblue5tet, a project bringing together musicians from classical and jazz universe.

The original compositions are arranged with finesse adding tributes to big names in jazz such as John Coltrane or Chick Corea. At times we also feel the influences of classical composers such as Shostakovitch or Ravel while letting space for improvisation. After more than two years of work, these five musicians have built a rich, soft and colorful universe where jazz rubs shoulders with the classical sounds of the early 20th century.
