At Baiser Salé, we've known François Constantin and his jams for over thirty years, so you might as well say he's invited the whole of French jazz to join him on stage! An unrivalled percussionist, he switches from one instrument to another in record time.

On Monday, the spotlight is on Don Grolnick, with the brilliant pianist Ludovic de Preissac, who never ceases to amaze us with his warm, swinging jazz, the irresistible groove of Manuel Machès and the unfailing energy of Benjamin Henocq.
