Made In Scandinavia Quintet

Made in Scandinavia is a Paris-based jazz collective made up of five Scandinavian musicians: Norwegian Petter Wettre, Dane Malte Arndal and Swedes Joel Lyssarides, Björn Ingelstam and Viktor Nyberg.

They will be presenting their new album at 38Riv this May 2024 in various formations, from duo to quintet.

You'll find Petter Wettre, a saxophonist with an immense career who has twice won the Spellemannprisen prize, considered to be Norway's Grammy Awards.
Pianist Joel Lyssarides, Sweden's rising star, revealed by three internationally acclaimed albums.
Trumpeter Björn Ingelstam, who has played with some of the world's finest musicians, including Wycliff Gordon, Bob Wilbur and Anat Cohen.
Double bassist Viktor Nyberg, renowned in Europe and across the Atlantic, is rapidly establishing himself as one of the most sought-after bassists in France.
And drummer Malt Arndal, one of the young prodigies on today's jazz scene.
