Jules Jassef & Léo Jassef

Léo and Jules Jassef have enjoyed a close relationship since they were very young, and are continuing their already fruitful collaboration with an atypical duo.
Together, they explore a wide range of languages, mixing their compositions to create a programme that is as varied as it is coherent, with freedom and improvisation taking pride of place.
Moving from softness to harshness, unafraid of abrupt transitions but never losing sight of fluidity, they play with the timbres of their two instruments, which then seem to become one. Their shared knowledge and inspiration create an innovative blend that is more inviting than ever to plunge into sounds that could already be described as ‘Jassefian’.
