Vladimir Torres Trio

"Brujos" is an invitation to travel in all its forms, from the inner journey to the reality of an expedition, with the empathetic discovery of new worlds and varied cultures.
The album title means "sorcerers" in Spanish. Through Vladimir Torres's strongly inhabited interpretation of his compositions, the members of the trio become sorcerers who practice musical magic in order to communicate to the audience a certain idea of trance and spiritual communion.
Compositions that always illustrate an idea, a feeling or a lived experience, carrying strong sensations, where the double bass plays an organic and cellular role, like a bodily extension of Vladimir Torres.
"Brujos" is a singular jazz album which, through its original compositions and telepathic interplay, takes us on a journey to different worlds, through a range of colors and contrasts, full of exalted feelings.
