Björn Ingelstam Quartet

Björn has, despite his young age (born 1990), established himself on the European jazz scene with his powerful sound and virtuosity. He has toured professionally both as soloist and with his own groups. After after a few years living and playing in New York City he now resides in Paris and continues to tour around the globe both with his own group and as a soloist.

The Quartet has released two albums and the love of jazz music both old and new gives the music an anchor in the tradition without forgetting that jazz is about personality and passion. The music will have a strong brand of Swing with adventures both to the blues, folk and Latin tradition with some vocal features as well.
