Kochersperger - Phayphet Duo

The Matthieu Kochersperger Duo draws its inspiration from the great crooners of jazz history (Chet Baker, Frank Sinatra, Tony Bennet...), but also from today's guitarists (Pat Metheny, Kurt Rosenwinkel, Gilad Hekselman...). Combining tradition and modernity, the sweetness of the voice and the harmonic and rhythmic richness of the duo combine to offer expressive, subtle music. A great deal of room is left for improvisation and interaction, creating a genuine dialogue between the musicians.
