Before joining the band L'Impératrice, Flore Benguigui began her singing career in jazz, particularly the swing of the 1930s and 40s. Every two months, she surrounds herself with the musicians she learned to play this music with almost 15 years ago—Pierre-François Maurin on double bass, Charles Tois on piano, and Maxime Mary on drums—to revisit her favorite jazz standards. The four of them draw inspiration from the American crooner and pianist Nat King Cole (1919-1965), delivering covers of his greatest hits as well as some of his lesser-known songs, always with a lot of joy, humor, and camaraderie. It's a musical journey through time, from the jazz of the 1930s to today, live on the Club stage!

Determined to support emerging artists, our Club offers a series of bi-monthly residencies (one concert every two months) that allow them to present and develop a creative project in an environment conducive to creation.
