Marion Rampal

Too madly in love with music to keep it in airtight boxes, Marion Rampal has never had it all her own way, keeping it as close to the stars as she does to her heart. An artist of note on the French jazz scene - winner of the 2022 Victoire du Jazz - she traces her songwriting path through a singular style. Concocted with her accomplice Matthis Pascaud - guitars and production -, her new opus Oizel, which gives pride of place to her folk and pop influences, sketches the folklore of an artist as unclassifiable as she is endearing.
