Mourad Benhammou & His Soulful Drums

After leading the Jazzworkers Quintet for 20 years, Mourad Benhammou returns with his new quintet, featuring original instrumentation, to present his new album Silk & Soul 'Live à Tunis' at the 38Riv, to be released in early 2025 on the Tunisian label “jazzit record”!

The combination of organ, vibraphone, guitar and saxophone gives the quintet a highly original sound, strongly inspired by Brother Jack McDuff, Harold Ousley and Des Mc Cann.
