John Fedchock

New York trombonist, John Fedchock’s career in jazz has spanned over four decades. Hot HouseNYC magazine cites him as “one of the living masters of his instrument”. Since his 1980 appearance in jazz, Fedchock has established himself as a world-class trombone soloist, a heralded bandleader, and a GRAMMY-nominated arranger. Fedchock began his career with Woody Herman and has since performed with T.S. Monk, Gerry Mulligan, Louie Bellson, Jon Faddis, and the Carnegie Hall Jazz Band. His quartet will perform music from his critically acclaimed recordings including his 2024 album, “Justifiably J.J.” celebrating the centennial of trombone legend, J.J. Johnson.
