On her 3rd album Slow Down Fast, Sophie Darly offers a poetic take on the ordinary. Composer, co-writer and producer, the Franco-Swiss singer evokes the hyper effervescence of the contemporary world and its implications. Inspired by the soul, jazz and blues music she has been singing since she was 20 and travelled to Detroit (USA), the world of Slow Down Fast is subtle, restrained yet deceptively wise.

Over the next 15 years, Sophie toured France, Switzerland, Belgium, England, Germany, Canada and Morocco. She also performed her album Soul Game, opening for Wayne Shorter at the Enghien Jazz Festival.
She invites various musicians on her projects: Laurent de Wilde, Airelle Besson and accompanies saxophonist Pierrick Pédron for the La Défense Jazz Festival and the Victoires du Jazz 2016.

Sophie Darly (vocals), Daniel Mizrahi (guitar), Arnaud Gransac (piano), Antoine Reininger (bass & double bass), Frédéric Jean (drums).
