Youn Sun Nah + Thomas Naïm

Following the success of Waking World and her quartet tour, Youn Sun Nah returns with a new opus, « Elles », and a piano-voice duo tour. 

Through an anthology of covers, « Elles » pays tribute to women's voices, and in particular to some of the singers who have marked Youn Sun Nah's career, from Nina Simone to Roberta Flack, via Björk and Edith Piaf, across eras and musical borders. 

Oscillating between jazz and folk tinged with pop, the artist's spellbinding voice is capable of interpreting the finest emotions with a rare intensity.

Thomas Naïm, a talented guitarist associated with Espace des Arts, is a multi-faceted artist, having collaborated with such prestigious names as Hugh Coltman, Renan Luce, Youn Sun Nah and Erik Truffaz. Today, he sublimates the world of Jimi Hendrix with his solo project “May This Be Love” and the release of his 1st single Purple Haze.

Opening for the inimitable Youn Sun Nah, he offers an exceptional performance accompanied by Raphaël Chassin on drums and Marcello Giuliani on bass for an evening where jazz and poetry meet.
