It was a great pleasure to meet up again with these artists whose first stage was Ce Club some fifteen years ago, an incredible wealth of talent invading the stage, fresh out of lessons and with a mad desire to get down to business.... It was with them that Notre Tiss launched the Sunday jams.
A special guitarist, Wayne Krantz, who can safely be listed in the guitar pantheon alongside Pat Metheny, John Scofield and Bill Frisell. Renowned for his use of complex rhythmic and harmonic concepts, Krantz has played and recorded with artists such as Steely Dan, Michael Brecker, Billy Cobham, Chris Potter and David Binney. Since the early 1990s, he has concentrated primarily on his solo career, mainly as a bandleader.
