Spring is here! What better theme for this jam than this George Duke, pianist/keyboardist/composer, renowned for his influence in jazz, funk and R&B music, who began his musical career in the 1960s with artists such as Frank Zappa, with whom he collaborated on several albums. His unique style blended elements of jazz, funk and soul music, promising a warm and happy spring.
The first set gets us off to a flying start, with François Constantin accompanied by this young generation of talented musicians, followed by the jam with the wild jousting that the keyboard/piano players, followers of this incredible musician, are sure to create among themselves and with the ever-popular sidemen at this jam.
