Somewhere between contemporary jazz, explosive funk and Caribbean influences, this collective of musicians, born of the flourishing scene around Miami, a veritable cultural crossroads, redefines the standards of improvisation and distinguishes itself by its ability to blend driving groove, audacity and bewitching melodies.

Originally from the Paris region, Matis grew up in the south of France in an artistic family, with a composer father and author mother. He took his first steps at the Perpignan conservatory. With his DEM in hand in 2021, he decided to move to Paris, where he began frequenting the city's clubs and getting involved in various projects. In September of the same year, he joined the Pôle Supérieur de Paris Boulogne-Billancourt (PSPBB), where he is currently pursuing his musical studies, notably with Martin Wangermée.

The set will be followed by the Jam, a not-to-be-missed event on every Sunday! A moment of relaxation and conviviality where artists meet to improvise. A unique evening of sharing !
