Judith Owen's love affair with Paris continues with an exceptional concert at the Jazz Club Etoile, celebrating the release of "Comes Alive", her album recorded live a year ago and nominated for the prestigious Jazz Academy's Jazz Heritage Award.

It extends the spirit of "Come on & Get It", which reconnected her with her love of jazz through a vibrant tribute to the liberated jazz and blues ladies of the 1940s and 1950s. Women," she says, "who had the courage to assume and sing their desire at a time when they were expected to be self-effacing.
Judith Owen is accompanied both on record and on stage by the finest musicians from New Orleans, her adopted hometown where she has been living for several years.
Her band offers her the authentic sound of the city. Judith Owen is a bomb of energy. She stands out, magnificent and powerful! The British singer, pianist and singer-songwriter has released twelve critically acclaimed albums, collaborating with artists such as Cassandra Wilson, K.D. Lang and Keb'Mo.

Swing, emotion, warmth, joy and a little melancholy. On March 8, New Orleans comes to Paris.
