Erik Truffaz is one of the leading figures in electro-jazz trumpet, whose creativity has never waned in recent decades. With a soft, patinated sound and concise phrases that are the antithesis of bluster, Erik Truffaz has carved out his own elegant groove, using acoustic and electric instruments in perfect balance.

Awarded the Grand Prix Suisse de Musique in 2023, jazz trumpeter Erik Truffaz has created a diptych in homage to the cinema of the 50s and 60s, in which he reinvents the music of films such as Fantômas and Les Tontons Flingueurs.
