The Paris 2024 Olympic Games, the red thread of the edition, reveal the talents of a daring youth who continue to enrich this living music that is jazz through the new territories it explores; drawing from all sources, from culture (COCHARD/FERLET / October 13, MAD HATTER / October 15, ENHCO/KERECKI / November 19, CÉCILE McLORIN SALVANT / November 23, LA GRANDE TABLE / November 25), roots (JOSÉ MARÍA VITIER / November 10, ENHCO/PERRENOUD / November 12, YESSAÏ KARAPETIAN / November 17, ANNE PACEO / December 2, LOCO CELLO / December 3, MACHA GHARIBIAN / December 9), the journey (THÉO CECCALDI / November 11, LUDIVINE ISSAMBOURG / 18 November, NAÏSSAM JALAL / April 2…) or in the depths of intimacy (ROBINSON KHOURY / November 24, YARON HERMAN / November 26, GOGO PENGUIN / December 10). A fraternity emerges symbolized by the concert at Points communs, Nouvelle scène nationale of Cergy-Pontoise and Val d'Oise, Multicolored ELLINGTON, essential figure of the 20th century whose abundant work will have marked history by bringing to the world jazz the voice he lacked : that of an authentic designer-visionary (LAURENT MIGNARD DUKE ORCHESTRA / December 1). If we add to this the transmission of knowledge through all the cultural actions aimed at the youngest and their elders, we reach a certain completeness. In this roaming of genre, of diversity of places of culture or heritage which makes autumn in Val d'Oise so attractive and makes the happiness of Valdoisiens and all those who are open to live music in this festival time, I only add one word,
