Nabou Claerhout Trombone Ensemble

When you're 9 years old, you usually learn to play the piano or the violin, but Nabou Claerhout took up the trombone. Today, one of the most innovative trombonists on the European jazz scene has realized an old dream: five trombonists plus a rhythm section - guitar, double bass, drums - creating a unique musical synergy. For this unusual octet, Nabou Claerhout sought out the crème de la crème of a new generation of European musicians.
